Nybygget is a permanent exhibition of show homes of all kinds, which visitors can explore, and experience on site. Houses, holiday homes, garden annexes, summer houses, playhouses: most of Sweden’s suppliers of prefabricated houses are represented. Nybygget offers space and opportunities to companies to showcase their work, and has an impressive portfolio of exhibitors from all sectors of the construction and housing industry.

Nybygget is for everyone, whether it’s a new build, renovations, or you’re looking for inspiration. We are a full-service partner in construction and housing. A home is one of the largest investments you’ll ever make. Nybygget offers advice and support from competent, experienced sales staff who will help customers every step of the way to their dream home, in combination with space to assess their choices in a built environment. There is a nice cafe on site where customers can reflect on their impressions, and there’s a children’s play area, Barnens Nybygge.
