At dynamic Scandinavian XPO, companies have the opportunity to pick and choose their offices and other premises. At fully 900 m2, our office hotel has room to accommodate both small and large companies. Close to other companies and ventures, providing added value by synergies and collaborations. The bright, space-efficient offices, 15–50 m2 in size, offer the possibility of flexible spaces and a range of room layouts, designs, and interiors. All premises have a lunchroom and lounge in settings designed to encourage spontaneous meetings and exchanges. These are offices in a prime location of the kind that give added value to employees, customers, and visitors.

Setting and synergies

The entire development has undergone an extensive refurbishment to offer an attractive range of services and activities. Today, it includes a Lebanese bistro that offers breakfast and lunch and even more opportunities for co-working and several large meeting rooms courtesy of Stockholm Hotel Apartments, the long-stay hotel which also offers 130 rooms for overnight stays. A recent addition is IMPA Golf, which chose Scandinavian XPO as the location for its first training centre, IMPA Golf XPO. Here you can develop your game with the help of cutting-edge technology in four swing studios and take lessons with the golf coach Carl Fredrik Järrel. Offices at Scandinavian XPO have access to an attractive place where people want to meet, eat, hang out, spend the night, and work, with all of Explore Arlandastad’s offerings within easy reach.

Location and directions

Explore Arlandastad is next door to Stockholm Arlanda Airport. 

By car: For the centre of Explore Arlandastad, if approaching from the south, leave the E4 motorway at Junction 180 bound for Arlandastad C and follow the signs for Scandinavian XPO/Arlandastad C. If approaching from the north, leave the E4 motorway at Junction 181 bound for Arlandastad C and follow the signs for Scandinavian XPO/Arlandastad C.
By public transport: Take an SL commuter train to Märsta and then Bus 571 to Arlandastad (16 minutes). Alternatively take an SL commuter train or the Arlanda Express to Arlanda Airport.
