The freshest of fresh bread. Baked goods made by hand. Carefully selected ingredients. Bake My Day, the generously authentic patisserie and bakery, is now planning to expand. And it needs the right location, the right premises, and the right teamwork. That’s why Bake My Day has chosen Explore Arlandastad as the place for its brand new bakery. 

Things don’t stop at the lease for 10,000 square metres, though, and Bake My Day is continuing to collaborate closely with Explore Arlandastad over the building work, to be done by the in-house construction company Applied Warehouses. By running side by side, the expansion project and the development of its new premises have got an early start.

Planning permission for the bakery has been granted and the groundwork is underway. The objective is strong expansion, with Bake My Day planning to create up to 150 jobs. Explore Arlandastad is ideally placed to meet all its requirements for the fast, efficient distribution of baked goods to wholesalers, shops, hotels, and companies and retailers across Sweden. And all from a prime location, close to the E4 motorway and midway between two major cities.

Safe, familiar flavours and exciting innovations

Bake My Day bakes by hand without unnecessary additives. Made with Swedish flour, Swedish butter and cream, Swedish eggs from free-range chickens, and a total commitment to the best local Swedish ingredients. A mouth-watering assortment of much-loved Swedish classics from cinnamon buns, Princess cake, and macaroons to moreish sourdough bread, but also new products with unexpected and exciting flavours.

For Bake My Day, innovative creativity is just as important in the mix as the right location and the opportunity to expand. Explore Arlandastad, where scaling up is a piece of cake for Bake My Day. The bakery is slated to open in the first quarter of 2024.
